Shipping and Service Policies

Effective April 1, 2020: all of our products are packaged immediately  after preparation due to Covid-19 concerns. Our cooks and cashiers will be wearing masks and food is prepared with gloves changed frequently to prevent the spread of disease and other contaminants.

Every order is baked fresh. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

Certain items on our menu are not eligible for 3 day shipping and will only allow overnight shipping due to the contents. If you encounter an error while checking out, review the contents of your cart and try again. Shipping prices are based on weight and distance. Please include any notes about your shipping destination in your order while viewing your cart.

If you are placing the order for someone else, please be sure to fill out the information for that person in the shipping field. You may use your personal phone number if the order is a surprise gift so they will not be aware.

Delivery will no longer be available effective February 1, 2022 until further notice.

Pickup orders will be available at the location set in your order confirmation. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates!

Any order not picked up within the specified time frame will be cancelled and refunded minus a 75% restock fee. No exceptions. Every effort will be made to contact the order recipient before cancellation.
